This jacket is in Excellent condition. It is a navy pvc plastic jacket. It has a MLB logo on the front chest with Nolan Ryan signature. It has red and white ribbed cotton cuffs and hem and zips up the front. It is marked Medium, but measures XL. Underarms have vent holes.
