This is a very pretty vintage 1940's day dress in a mauve pink toile novelty print rayon with a self fabric sash. The dress has a keyhole opening at the neck, long sleeves and it closes with covered buttons up the back. We love the shirring at the waist and the gathered peplum that angles down from the center! The print fabric depicts various scenes of men and women together among trees, going on picnics, and reading.

We estimate this dress to fit a modern day US size 2/4 but please use the measurements as the best guide for fit.

Only flaw found is one button on one sleeve cuff is missing and a very slight discoloration on one underarm..
